This way we can prepare your work order in advance, even if you cannot personally come to our facilities.

By submitting the form, you confirm your authorization for our technical team to carry out the requested work and contact you if necessary.













    Delivery dates must be confirmed at least 15 days in advance by email or WhatsApp.


    I AUTHORIZE this workshop: To carry out the repairs detailed below on this vehicle of my property, without prior estimate.
    Likewise, I authorize its staff to test it outside the workshop, and I also authorize, if necessary, the transfer of the boat by sea or land to the destination requested by the client, holding Nautic Luis or its staff harmless from possible damage caused to the boat or third parties.
    Discard the replaced parts not removed when collecting the boat. To entrust part of the requested repairs to third parties.
    The workshop is not responsible for the disappearance, diminution or deterioration of objects deposited inside the vehicle that have not been declared upon entry into the workshop. The workshop formally waives any action that may correspond as a consequence of said events.
    Once the repair is finished, the client will have a period of 5 business days to remove the vehicle, after which storage costs will be charged.
    This workshop reserves the right to retain the boat as a deposit and sign until the total amount of the repair or stay has been paid (articles 1.599 and 1.600 of the civil code).
    Please note: That the vehicle's civil liability insurance must be in force and that said insurance must cover all damages suffered by the boat, including those caused by theft, as well as those damages that said boat causes to third parties, exempting NAUTIC LUIS, SL and its staff from all responsibility.
    The company is not responsible for the wear and tear of engines and boats caused by the passage of time or weather effects.
    All boats that are in the facilities will accrue storage fees, even if they are under repair by Nautic Luis.
    To put wintered boats in the water, they must warn, at least, 15 days in advance and confirm.
    Nautic Luis reserves the right to change the date or time of delivery without prior notice, without this giving rise to any type of compensation.
    This work order / deposit slip is valid for twelve months from the date of entry of the vehicle. Once said period has elapsed, the client or owner agrees to pay all expenses incurred and remove the vehicle.


    I declare that I am the owner of the vessel described in this form or that I am duly authorized by the owner to request the established work.
    If this is not the case, I assume all responsibility for the expenses incurred, expressly exempting NAUTIC LUIS, S.L. and its staff from any liability arising therefrom.
