At Nautic Luis we know how important it is to support our customers, but sometimes, due to distance or time, it is impossible to access the boat immediately. Many times by phone, we are already able to solve the incident, detect the fault or provide technical assistance, but other times, the information we receive by phone is insufficient to help our customers.

Breaking down barriers

At Nautic Luis we want to help despite the distance, and that is why we are pioneers in implementing augmented reality telecare. This system will allow us to obtain much more and to be able to make precise indications of the steps to follow, to whoever requires our service, from practically anywhere in the world. This will allow us to detect breakdowns and even tell the steps to follow to fix them in some cases, and explain the operation of a device or system in case the client does not know how it works or has forgotten. The world is changing fast and offers us new challenges, but at Nautic Luis we are prepared for the future.

As easy as opening an application and connecting with us. We will set up a video call where we will see what you show us, we will talk and we will indicate you what to do on your screen.

In order to be able to establish the connection, certain requirements must be met:

1.- You should have shared your ID with us previously. The ID is shown upon opening the Pilot application.

2.- You must be connected to the Internet.

3.- Have the Pilot application open.

4.- Screen on and device unlocked.

If all the requirements are met at the agreed time we will call you and you will only have to answer the call from the application. At the beginning of the connection, the application may ask you to move the device in circles to allow you to position yourself spatially and take advantage of the benefits of augmented reality.

How much does the service cost?2021-02-12T15:59:21+01:00

The cost of the service is 25€+VAT for call set-up plus 25€+VAT per 30 minute session. Traffic generated by the use of this service may incur charges from your internet or telephone provider for which Nautic Luis SL cannot be held responsible. Nautic Luis SL cannot be held responsible for service difficulties due to poor coverage or insufficient internet speed from the customer.

Do I need an Internet connection?2021-02-12T15:58:06+01:00

Yes, some form of internet connection is required. You can be connected via the data on your phone or tablet or the port’s WiFi or on your own boat if you have it. A good connection is important as it affects directly the quality of the communication.
